These terms of use govern the rules of the use of jobing.am website as well as the rights and duties of the Parties (Jobing.am and users of the site). By accessing and using the website, you agree to the terms of use set forth below.

User types

Jobing.am site users are divided into two groups

  • Site visitors
  • Users of the site’s services

The latter comprise employers and job seekers

Employer (company) posts job vacancies, does search for employees, reviews CVs and resumes

Job seeker uses the site to search for jobs, review vacancy notices, post a CV or resume, apply for vacancies.

Eligibility

To use site services the User should be at least 14 years old. Before the child reaches the age of majority (18 years old), the use of services is allowed under the supervision of a parent or guardian or other responsible adult.

Information Reliability

As a user of the Services of the Site, you warrant that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

Jobing.am is not liable for the content and accuracy of the vacancy notices as well as for damages incurred due to the use of any information that became available in connection to the use of the services of the site.

Privacy Policy

By using the site, you agree to the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which define rights and duties of the Parties (Jobing.am and users of the site) regarding the provision, processing and ensuring confidentiality of personal data. You can read the privacy policy below.

Site Legal Requirements

It is prohibited to use the site for illegal purposes. It is required to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to refrain from discrimination on the grounds of age, sex, race, religion, social status and other grounds when posting annoucements.

It is prohibited to reprint, copy or otherwise process information published on the site for any commercial purposes.

Limited Right to Use

Jobing.am reserves the right not to approve your announcements, remove them from the site, as well as restrict access to services and deactivate your account on one of the following grounds:

  • Violations of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy
  • Illegal actions by you and requests by law-enforcement agencies
  • Your request to deactivate the account
  • When such limitations are necessary to prevent possible threats due to technical or safety issues
  • Nonpayment for services by you

Change of terms of use

We may change terms of use in part or in full from time to time. In case of a change or amendment, an updated version of the terms of use will be published on our website with the modified date of publication. The changes take effect upon posting on the website, after which your continued use of the website means you accept changes of the terms of use.
